A Look Ahead and a Big Thank You

   Welcome back, and I hope you had a great weekend. If your lower back is in pain from collecting all the leaves from your property, raise your hand !

   First off, I want to thank you for reading and commenting on our post titled, "Private Money...Any Available For Real Estate Deals?". We have also received a lot of off-line feedback regarding this post, and to all of those individuals, you are quite welcome and I'm glad the post has been helpful.

   In the very near future, we look towards recapping some of our most highly-read posts, as well as some of our favorites and the favorites of our readers. In addition, we will hopefully be publishing an editorial calendar so you can hold us to task (and hold us to topic!).

Commercial Real Estate...and We Need Your Input !

   Hope you had a nice and peaceful weekend. As for me, having a toddler, the word "peaceful" does not exist !

   We wanted to announce a few new things currently and on the horizon. First, we have created a new RSS Feed with all of our Press Releases, that covers our news, press and media, regarding rent to own and real estate in general. It is freely available at this link

   Next, for those of you who have placed your buildings, stores, apartments, and land available Ads in the "Homes Available" Section, please note that your exposure would be much better in the Commercial Real Estate section. Please let us know if you would like your Ads moved over to the Commercial Property section.

   Now, we want to turn things over to you, and we have a few questions. For all of those who respond via comments on this Blog or via E-mail, we will send you a small token of our appreciation (please provide your E-mail address along with your correspondence).

Pending Home Sales and Real Estate Trouble Spots

Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone had a healthy and productive week. Not only is Friday upon us, but yes...May is upon us !

Living on the East Coast has it's perks, and being a couple hours away from Atlantic City is one of them. That is if you enjoy that kind of stuff. I came across an article citing Atlantic City as one of "Tomorrow's Real Estate Trouble Spots". No surprise that Atlantic City, N.J., is on top of the list, however, I always thought that aside from the Casinos, the area outside of the bright lights was depressed, in terms of home prices and the economy. So, basically, it's more of a yesterday and today "Trouble Spot". As a side note, this was from a survey of 315 cities, so the sampling size they used was pretty large, and it carries some weight with it.

We have been doing a lot of internal work on our site, in terms of aesthetics and our database. We will have a new Press Release coming out next week, and we'll be sure to notify everyone here regarding it.

Next Week (Tuesday, May 4Th), The Pending Home Sales Index numbers will be released, and this should be reflecting the tax credit for (new) home buyers.

Monday Update

Hope everyone had a great weekend.
This week, we are revisiting some cosmetic items on the website, and re-examining how easy some of the resources are for you to use. We will also continue to monitor page loading speed as well.

On the marketing front, we have release some new press releases regarding the new Rent to Own Homes Blog, as well as regarding our Article in Financial Advisor Magazine. We have some new media coming out soon as well, so stay tuned.

Happy Monday !

Happy Monday to everyone, and may this be a productive week.

I'd like to clarify a few issues that came up, and we'll be doing this every few days.

In response to "I found the site through Yahoo! search. Do you have any Radio or Magazine Ads?"

The answer to this is Yes & Yes
On our Press page (http://www.lease2buy.com/press.php), there is a link there that you can click and listen to our Radio Ad. As for magazines, we will be included in an Ad in Financial Advisor Magazine, as well as in a Major Canadian Real Estate paper, both within the next 2 months.

One other similar one: "Do you Advertise on social sites like craigslist - many homes are listed there! "
The short answer to this is Yes, as some of our Ads do get cross-posted there to provide maximum exposure. As far as general advertising on Craigslist, they seem to shy away from that and classify it as Spam.
