On March 26th, we were interviewed on a Real Estate Radio program that was broadcast live in the Philadelphia Metro Area, and was simultaneously available on the Internet (www.1180wfyl.com).
The program, hosted by Doug Andraka, who is also a Mortgage Banker with Superior Home Mortgage Corp., focused on what a Rent to Own entails, along with some positives for both the Sellers and the Buyers.
